Meet Warren

YOUR Partner in Preventive Health & Peak Performance

Beach Fire Fitness founder Warren Denz, paramedic and personal trainer, with wife relaxing on beach with coffee.

Warren brings a unique perspective to fitness shaped by over 30 years in emergency medicine. Starting as a volunteer firefighter in 1991 and becoming a paramedic in 1997, Warren spent decades working 60-70 hour weeks on the front lines of healthcare – and witnessed firsthand how preventable many health crises really are. His own journey reinforced this belief when a back injury from prolonged sitting was resolved through exercise and movement rather than pills or surgery.

"My mission shifted from treating health crises to preventing them – that's where real change happens."

With certifications from both NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and AFAA, Warren combines his medical expertise with proven fitness methodologies. Whether you're a busy professional, a bride preparing for your big day, or someone looking to reduce dependence on medications, Warren understands that every body is different – and every goal requires a tailored approach.

At Beach Fire Fitness, Warren has created a calm, focused environment with no mirrors (form is checked via iPad technology instead), no aggressive attitudes, and no one-size-fits-all programs. Every session begins with a comprehensive health assessment that goes beyond typical fitness evaluations.

Ready to ignite your fitness journey? Warren is accepting new clients for personal training, small group classes, and specialized programs.

“We want to help people be better stewards of their health and realize that movement and exercise can dramatically improve quality of life.”
